What started in 2001 as a passion for being a judge and panelist for business plan competitions in Germany and writing a business plan handbook for early-stage entrepreneurs, extended into board functions, advisory work for Accelerators as well as Venture Capital funds and mentoring several hundred founders across the globe. Over 22 years of global leadership roles in investment management, insurance and banking, now dedicating her life to climate change.
Claudia is a university lecturer on sustainability, emerging technologies, corporate innovation & entrepreneurship and digital transformation at the National University of Singapore, and gives training to corporates and C-suite executives. She is a licensed instructor and expert in Human-Centred Design & Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, agile methods and a certified SCRUM Master.

Professionally got involved in the startup ecosystem in 2015 by founding The Startup Buddy Pte Ltd - South East Asia’s largest online startup building and fundraising platform with 2500+ entrepreneurs in over 100+countries, a network of 1250+ investors, and 30 enterprise customers and partners across the region.

Previously more than 15 years of experience in management consulting at Accenture and Altran, heading large IT projects for MNCs in the energy sector, insurance and government.

Robin is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at INSEAD and a university lecturer for Green Technology at the National University of Singapore.
